My Favorite Day of the Year #NationalFriedChickenDay

Today is one of my all time favorite holidays when it comes to food and that is celebrating #NationalFriedChickenDay! There is truly nothing like delicious, crispy, mouthwatering fried chicken. Its a southern staple as well as a top favorite among meat and three and a SoulFood plate. I was excited to be able to spend part of my day eating some juicy, favorable fried chicken from none other than Church’s Chicken.

I grew up eating Church’s mainly after church on Sunday’s along with that delicious pepper, honey butter biscuit and strawberry soda. Fast forward 30+ years, Church’s still has the same classic, melt in your mouth flavor. Now you can get the original flavor and a spicy flavored that is seasoned with some secret spices and I couldn’t get the manager to tell me not one ingredient.

But I enJOYed the warm, freshly cooked chicken on my national holiday! I learned Church’s Chicken even has an app that has a variety of coupons and other specials that you may not find in your weekly flier. But we all know Church’s Chicken is known for amazing every day specials from their Tuesday 2 piece specials for under $3 to big family bundles for under $25 at most locations. Church’s also has a new chicken breast sandwich, along with tenders. Personally, I’m not a chicken tender fan. It’s nothing that has to do with piping hot, tantalizing chicken from Church’s, but it’s because I love seeing clean bones that I’ve cleaned. I can’t see any damage that I’ve done to a chicken tender.
