Pork Chops, Nachos & Bourbon

The new season of 2019 kicks off today! One of my favorite adult beverage event is about to kick-off and that is BourbonHam! This is a great opportunity to try a variety of brown liquor and help support the MS Society. Old Foresters is this year's bourbon sponsor and I learned not every brown liquor is a bourbon.

This time of the year, most people are looking for ways to lose weight and cut calories by eating healthy food like seafood. Carrabba's Italian Grill is just what you are looking for fresh seafood with just a touch of delicious comfort with their flavorful butter sauce. This scallop & shrimp combo can be paired with any of their sides such as asparagus, broccoli or baked potato.

Finally one of my favorite local spots on my Bham Eat Drink Ride Food Tour has closed it's brick & mortar, but we can still get those delicious smoked wings from the food truck.
