Collard Green Sandwich, Dino Chop & Blue Jean Bourbon Ball

Only in Birmingham can you order a collard green sandwich & sake from an ice cream shop! That's right Lucky Cat Rolled Creams has greens on their lunch menu that is wedged between 3 pieces of bread and get this, it taste like a rueben!

This was the BIGGEST pork chop I've ever eaten in my life from the Fig Tree Cafe in Cahaba Heights. Once Chef JP Holland gets inspired by something that is seasonal or something he's grown and he cooks it up. So if you're a food snob like me craving something home grown that's mouth watering this is a #MustTry from the food to the bar!
